Team Coordinator

Description ProMedica Hospice, formerly Heartland Hospice, is currently searching for a full-time experienced office professional.
This role will include verifying insurance coverage, ordering and answering questions about durable medical equipment, answering of phones and directing calls as needed, answering questions from staff and the community, performing data entry as needed, preparing for interdisciplinary group meetings and other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with electronic documentation and workflow processes.
Strong customer service, attention to deal, multi-tasking, follow through and organizational skills are necessary.
An individual that enjoys working with a team and is personable, professional, and has a background in insurance verification and DME is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
